Kathy LawrenceMy creativity is multi-faceted. I’ve sewn original Halloween costumes, baked theme birthday cakes, organized theme parties and sewn clothing. When I retired, I realized I didn’t need more clothes. So, I tried making quilts. Currently, I’m enjoying landscape quilting using my own photos of vacations, garden flowers, the ocean; using a full spectrum of colors to create wall hangings. I use raw-edge applique, thread painting, digital printing, adding color with fabric paints; anything to achieve the effect I need.
